How much does this cost?

Every event is custom-tailored to fit your needs. Prices vary depending on balloon designs, rental rates, and event details. We work with top-quality materials and skilled professionals, and our pricing reflects that. Please inquire for a personalized quote.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated from 07107 to your venue and back at $4 per mile. In some cases, we use a flat rate of $50 for local delivery. If a rental van is required, delivery fees may vary.

Is there an installation fee?

Yes, any on-site setups include an installation fee based on the event’s size. The minimum installation fee is $150, determined by the time required and the team members needed to complete the setup.

Do you come back after the event is over?

The balloons are yours to keep, and you are responsible for disposal unless otherwise arranged. If a team member must return to remove the balloons, a $200 striking fee applies. For rentals, we will return to pick them up at the agreed-upon time.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, our weekday booking minimum is $500, and weekend booking minimum is $650. For smaller options, check out our Grab-and-Go section, where you can find pick-up-friendly packages.

Do you provide a mockup?

We use mockups internally to ensure our team aligns on the final look. If you’d like a mockup, it’s available for $250 and can be credited toward your booked event.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 3–4 months in advance to secure your date. We sometimes accept last-minute bookings, so please email us as soon as possible to check availability.

How is payment accepted?

We prefer Zelle, with payment details provided via email. We also accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. Business checks are accepted, but personal checks are not.

Do you do outdoor events?

Yes, we accommodate outdoor events but charge an outdoor fee. Outdoor setups can take longer and are weather-dependent.

How long do balloons last?

We use the highest-grade latex balloons from top brands. Depending on conditions, balloons last 3–5 days and even longer if stored properly. Some clients report balloons lasting for months!

Question 12

What’s your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

•	30+ Days Notice: Full balance is transferable to another date within 12 months, subject to availability.
	•	29–14 Days Notice: 75% of your balance is transferable to another date within 6 months.
	•	13–3 Days Notice: 50% of the payment is forfeited; the remainder is transferable to another date within 6 months.
	•	Less than 3 Days Notice: No refunds or transfers will be provided.

To initiate a transfer or discuss cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduled events may incur additional costs.
