Delivery is calculated from 07107 to your venue and back at $4 per mile. In some cases, we use a flat rate of $50 for local delivery. If a rental van is required, delivery fees may vary.

Yes, any on-site setups include an installation fee based on the event’s size. The minimum installation fee is $150, determined by the time required and the team members needed to complete the setup.

The balloons are yours to keep, and you are responsible for disposal unless otherwise arranged. If a team member must return to remove the balloons, a $200 striking fee applies. For rentals, we will return to pick them up at the agreed-upon time.

Yes, our weekday booking minimum is $500, and weekend booking minimum is $650. For smaller options, check out our Grab-and-Go section, where you can find pick-up-friendly packages.

We use mockups internally to ensure our team aligns on the final look. If you’d like a mockup, it’s available for $250 and can be credited toward your booked event.

We recommend booking 3–4 months in advance to secure your date. We sometimes accept last-minute bookings, so please email us as soon as possible to check availability.

We prefer Zelle, with payment details provided via email. We also accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. Business checks are accepted, but personal checks are not.

Yes, we accommodate outdoor events but charge an outdoor fee. Outdoor setups can take longer and are weather-dependent.

We use the highest-grade latex balloons from top brands. Depending on conditions, balloons last 3–5 days and even longer if stored properly. Some clients report balloons lasting for months!

• 30+ Days Notice: Full balance is transferable to another date within 12 months, subject to availability. • 29–14 Days Notice: 75% of your balance is transferable to another date within 6 months. • 13–3 Days Notice: 50% of the payment is forfeited; the remainder is transferable to another date within 6 months. • Less than 3 Days Notice: No refunds or transfers will be provided. To initiate a transfer or discuss cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduled events may incur additional costs.
