Welcome to GlitznGarlands! By using our website, purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
• These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and bookings made with GlitznGarlands.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services and Products
• All products and services are subject to availability.
• Balloon colors and designs may vary slightly due to manufacturing and lighting conditions.
• Event décor and balloon garlands are custom-tailored to client specifications. Once confirmed, changes may not be guaranteed and could incur additional fees.
3. Pricing and Payment
• Pricing is determined based on event specifics, balloon choices, and additional services.
• Delivery is charged at $4 per mile from 07107 or a flat rate of $50 for local deliveries. Additional fees may apply for rentals or special vehicle requirements.
• Installation fees start at $150 and vary depending on event size and setup complexity.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed 14 days before the event date.
4. Cancellation Policy
• 30+ Days Notice: Full balance is transferable to another date within 12 months, subject to availability.
• 29–14 Days Notice: 75% of your balance is transferable to another date within 6 months.
• 13–3 Days Notice: 50% of the payment is forfeited; the remainder is transferable within 6 months.
• Less than 3 Days Notice: No refunds or transfers are provided.
5. Delivery and Setup
• Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon in advance. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.) will be communicated promptly.
• The client must ensure access to the venue for setup at the agreed-upon time. Any delays caused by venue restrictions may result in additional fees.
• Outdoor events may incur additional fees and are subject to weather conditions.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for the care of all balloons and event décor after installation.
• Disposal of balloons is the client’s responsibility unless a striking service ($200 fee) has been booked.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
• Due to the custom nature of our services and products, all sales are final.
• Refunds are only provided in the event of a cancellation initiated by GlitznGarlands.
8. Liability
• GlitznGarlands is not liable for damages caused by improper handling of balloons or décor after installation.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors such as weather, pets, or venue conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
• All content, images, and designs on our website and materials are the intellectual property of GlitznGarlands and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
